      Company is well run and you work with a lot of smart people. They generally take pretty good care of employees as well.

      Not many if you’re used to working for a big public company.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
