Pros
WSLLC provided good pay, sufficient personal equipment and good vacation time and travel expenses. Executives spent meaningful time in Iraq and interacted with employees. Worked in 2009-2010, software did not allow for proper designation for last year at employer.
Cons
More attention was spent affirming the letter of the contract than to effectual operations. Several supervisors had the proper credentials without having sufficient operational experience or ability to manage personnel. Equipment maintenance suffered due to the contractual necessity of going through KBR for maintenance needs.
