      Pros

      Job Security Pay is decent for what you have to do HR department is generally very good at addressing employee concerns, but this does create a toxic blame game environment

      Cons

      Poor communication between management and employees and poor communication from employee to employee, not much continuity. Logistics are poor regarding production schedule and procuring materials and supplies.

      It filled a void when I needed a position

      Cons

      Was with the company for five years and continued to receive the same pay-I understand that at the beginning our country was in a financial turmoil but things have changed - however, Warren has not. They continue to pay their employees the SAME wages as when times were desperate and people would take a job at ANY rate just to stay alive.
