Pros

Aesthetically pleasing offices. The pay starts very low but gets better.

Cons

Non-inclusive environment, very clique-ish, and when you’re out of the loop, you stay out of the loop. Uncooperative coworkers. At least in my position, the processes and goals changed every week on a whim. Unstable, chaotic work environment. Unrealistic, off the cuff rules made up on the spot like, only stand up twice a day from your desk... Take this job if you’re desperate but keep looking otherwise. You can’t polish a turd.

Warren Distribution is committed to providing a workplace environment where associates are fully engaged, have opportunities to develop their skills, and have opportunities to contribute their ideas to improve processes and innovate new ideas. We have an HR and management team dedicated to listening to our associates’ ideas and feedback in how we can make Warren an even better place to work. We are continually implementing new ideas to ensure our associates are proud to work here. It’s unfortunate that your employment at Warren didn’t work out and we wish you all the best.

Pros

There are a few good hearted, hard working, and honest people who work on the floor. Despite the lack of manager guidance, direction, and mentoring, the floor supervisors do their best to accommodate the needs of the floor workers.

Cons

Toxic, negative and vindictive place to work. Drama consistently flows throughout the packaging floor. Management looks the other way when concerns are communicated, but then blame the floor supervisors, operators, or line workers when those same concerns become real issues and problems. Management says they are transparent, but then fails to communicate important information. There are numerous safety policies in place and not enforced. The supervisors who care for the safety and welfare of their workers are criticized for being too harsh or strict. Training lacks any consistency and changes too often to expect new associates to effectively learn their job within the allotted time span.
