      Pros

      Work life balance was taken into consideration. My PI gave me the time needed to rest when times got tough.

      Cons

      Network through LinkedIn because conferences are limited and far between at WSU. Wayne State is not effective at helping students build networks and have a "business" mindset for academic researchers.
