    Pros

Get to enjoy helping people every night. Being able to perform all duties with little to no supervision. Great work atmosphere.

I have been working at Wayne State full-time

    Pros

The Professors are excellent, and the funding is available for all years in which taking classes is mandatory.

    Cons

Advisers to PhD students are removed from the health and well-being of their students. It does not seem to be a priority.

    Advice to Management

There should be wellness check-ups with Advisers, and a more malleable schedule to foster a healthier work-life balance. Rather than creating a curriculum which is centered on week to week objectives, a more personal and student-centered approach should be adopted.
