      Good pay and benefits, fair amount of vacation/sick leave, healthy positive environment.

      Cons

      I only worked with one person, my supervisor, and she was poor at communication, vague regarding assignments, did not delegate well, and was frequently in a sour mood and took it out on her coworkers.
