There's enough parking and lunch options around the building
Cons
Management does a terrible job with new people and they seems to like to fire them before benefits kick in...being let go on day 59 is the joke around the office. Some departments are treated better than others but most people are micromanaged.

We are sorry to hear this is how you felt during your time working for us. We are intentional about determining during an employee's first 60 days whether the role is a good fit for both the employee and the company. Evaluating job functions and pay structure is something that we do on a continuous basis at all locations.

Thank you for your 5-star review. We’re glad to hear you’ve found opportunities for growth within the company. We also understand that a fast-paced environment and turnover can present challenges, and we’re continuously working to improve the overall employee experience.
Flexible schedules that aren't industry standard. 4x10 with Fridays off.
Employees within your same team/departments are all friendly and share the same values and ideals
Remote work
Hasn't performed department wide lay offs -*See cons*
Cons
Pay to responsibility ratio is not great and the gap is widening
No bonus
Benefits are incredibly stale and haven't drastically changed in any meaningful way in my time here
Company provided holidays aren't competitive
Culture outside of your immediate team is very cliquey
Upper management feels disconnected from day-to-day operations
Career growth past mid range is non-existent, the entire department feels stale
Department is small enough that directors and VPs will message you directly but big enough that accomplishments go unrecongized
Corporate management sweeps things under the rug to avoid broader employee visibility
Department heads aim to avoid layoffs but it's very clear that quality of life is being leveraged as a way to reduce headcount
