no raises and no chance of it anytime soon. Treated like crap by management AND members. Every other wellbridge club in the countries, front desk staff gets commission on guest passes that they sell except boulder, but dont worry they're "working on it" SO much turnover its almost unbelievable no one will stay because we all get treated like we are expendable, the first 8 months we had an incredible manager who got screwed over and had to leave because of it Every manager has different "rules" and the front desk ALWAYS ends up looking like the bad guy . We are left to fend for ourselves most of the time. no support. They re-did the floor recently and the entire club reeked like floor chemicals and I had to stand at the front desk for 5 hours and endure a horrible head ache the entire time.. and where were the managers you ask? at home of course..
