Cons
-- Management does not stand by their own rules. They select when and to whom the rules apply. They expect front desk associates to follow rules but do not follow them themselves. -- Management has favorites among members. Some members are known to get free memberships and other privileges based on how much of a buddy they are to the manager or salesperson. -- Complete lack of vision and plan for growth. Wellbridge is content to keep things the way they are, which charging exorbitant monthly dues to members that increase every year. -- No performance reviews, no feedback, and no opportunities for raises except for state mandated raises to minimum wage. -- No appreciation for a job well done. No Employee Appreciations events. No Company recognition.
