      Great people, they want to see you succeed, pay for certifications, and licenses

      Cons

      Operations is expected to do I&E work and maintenance. Pay does not reflect work put in. Company is slow to show recognition of talent due to HR not understanding how operations works

      Pros

      Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

      Cons

      Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

      Good healthcare in-house program. Have their own free or cheap clinic on site.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Kind to your face and unsupportive behind your back. Don’t recommend.
