Pros
Management is nice and understanding. The work environment is relaxed as long as you do your work.
Cons
Company shares how much they make off of contracts. Usually this is more than double what you make that they charge for you to be there. Current restructuring is making things hectic. Being remote its you can feel stuck on an island at times. Have to work yourself to near death for any progression.
