Pros

The hope they give you during interview. Management give you better appointments when you start so you stay longer. Good job for 2 Months tops.

Cons

Inexperienced manager. Good job for order takers. Top guy in company came from pizza hut at least that's what the owner said in training. One word to describe company and management. BUMS. All the good reviews on here they make the employees post them.

It’s apparent and very unfortunate that your experience with us wasn’t a great one. Even though you are no longer with us, we encourage you to reach out to the Talent Team to share the issues you encountered. We can only get better if we know specifically where we can improve.

Pros

Window Nation is a great place for motivated salespeople who want to control their income and grow professionally. The earning potential is real! If you’re willing to work hard, stay organized, and follow the sales process, you can make very good money. The leads are provided, which takes a lot of pressure off compared to commission-only roles where you’re hunting for your own business. The training is solid, especially for someone new to the home improvement industry, and management is generally supportive and accessible. There’s a strong emphasis on professionalism, customer experience, and personal accountability. I also appreciate the opportunity for growth. Top performers are recognized, and there’s room to move into leadership for those who want it.

Cons

The schedule can be demanding, especially during peak season. Evenings and weekends are part of the job, which can be tough if you’re looking for a traditional 9–5. The role also requires a lot of driving, so reliable transportation and good time management are a must. Like any sales position, it’s performance-based. If you’re not self-motivated or comfortable with rejection, this job may not be a good fit.
