Pros
Window nation has offered me a flexible schedule, an opportunity to achieve the desired income that I need. The management team is there to answer the phone anytime day or night to give you support or guidance to best help the customers needs. After being in this field for years, it was a great move to go to window nation. The initial training was amazing and it doesn’t stop there.

Pros
What I feel is a definite pro with working for Window Nation is that you have the opportunity to excel based on your hard work and experience. Everyone within the company is open to new ideas on how to make processes work smoothly. The company is growing and expanding to new areas so there’s plenty of room to move. They give you the tools that you need to be successful and management, all the way to the top is there to take your call at any time. If you’re looking for a company that rewards you for your hard work and feel like your voice matters I would definitely recommend.
Cons
In the sales position there is times of the year that you work a lot and you spend a lot of time in your car and don’t know your schedule until the last minute. You have to plan life balance well in advance.
