Helen Khoo (Executive Director) calls the shot for everything. If you're in her good book, you're golden. Otherwise, your days are numbered. Helen makes business decision at her own whims and fancy that includes bringing in brands with no market fit. These brands are operating at a loss; and eventually have to be written off (a big hit in the P&L). But Helen gets away with murder because the Chairman absolve her for any wrongdoing and blatant mismanagement of the company.
