Pros

None, you MIGHT get a decent team if you’re lucky.

Cons

Even though I haven’t been here long, this is hands down the worst job I’ve ever had. The workload is extreme and completely unreasonable for minimum wage. On top of that, they issue zero-hour contracts by default. This means no guaranteed hours, no stability, and no respect for your time. It doesn’t matter how reliable or hardworking you are, upper management will still treat you like you’re disposable. Management cuts your hours or moves you to a different location without notice or explanation. There’s no sense of structure or fairness. You’re just expected to deal with it. At my location, I’ve seen frequent and serious hygiene issues. Food is sometimes handled in ways that would never pass proper inspection, just to keep order times fast. The work culture is toxic. Some employees will throw others under the bus just to get closer to a promotion or visa sponsorship, and the company is fully aware of this dynamic. They benefit from it. Any concerns or complaints you raise are ignored or dismissed. It’s clear that the company does not care about its employees at all, just numbers.

Great teams, good people, awesome perks. Really great place to work but you will work hard.

Sometimes Senior and Executive leadership can feel a bit out of touch.
