None of the required training is what you’re actually supposed to do on the floor, which is super confusing to new people who are training. More experienced workers take the commission from the new people who don’t understand the system. You’re encouraged in the training to be open and honest with the customer, but when you do that, you get into trouble for not making the company more money. You’re expected to memorize the pricing of everything without being given anything to actually memorize.
