Pros

Absolutely amazing company culture. You can wear shorts and flip flops to work, have nerf gun wars, make fun of your boss (joking of course). The employees there are very smart, extremely helpful, generally enjoy what they do, and fun to talk to and have random conversations with Non-corporate structure means your boss gives you priority of what needs to be done before a release, but does not micro manage anything. You have the freedom to do whatever you want to improve the software or development process as long as you can convince your boss it is a worthwhile investment. Your boss is not your drill sergeant, he's more like a resource to make sure you have what you need to be productive. The compensation is phenomenal, and very fair. Company is growing EXTREMELY fast, and the only place to go is up Working from home is acceptable if there is a decent reason

Cons

There are absolutely no cons except how difficult it is to secure this job. You have to be extremely intelligent, dedicated, and passionate about what you do.

Pros

Great company and surrounded by many great talented individuals that helped shape the company to where it’s at today, even after being acquired by ADP.

Cons

Individuals at higher levels are able to either pull the wool over others eyes, or others in those higher positions choose to turn their back to confront serious HR issues along with using company $$ as their personal travel fund.
