A lot of good spoiled by some very questionable practices - Software Engineer WorkForce Software Employee Review

Pros

The people. Some of the best coworkers you could ask for in the development department and the Employee Engagement Group really strives to make the workplace experience better and welcoming.

Cons

We were often told that we would never be suddenly terminated based on performance. We were told we would have multiple conversations with management as check-ins to track improvement. I was informed of some performance concerns two weeks ago under the premise that we would check in again and see if improvements were made. I was fired at the first check in without discussing any of the improvements we set as goals. No chance to discuss what metrics they decided I had not made improvements on (and it happened to another coworker on the same day with the same questionable timings).

Pros

Great company and surrounded by many great talented individuals that helped shape the company to where it’s at today, even after being acquired by ADP.

Cons

Individuals at higher levels are able to either pull the wool over others eyes, or others in those higher positions choose to turn their back to confront serious HR issues along with using company $$ as their personal travel fund.
