Pros
Experienced Senior Leadership -- they've been there, done that, and succeeded, so this isn't their first go around. The business is in is a massively growing market. Lots of stuff to learn and ability to grow professionally.
Cons
Sometimes the legacy code isn't wonderful to work in, but things have definitely improved since I got here, and the new architecture is making things considerably better. As others have said, this is a startup, set your expectations accordingly.
