Extremely talented and tight knit organization, focused on rapidly releasing a high quality product and sustaining a market-leading position. The engineering and product teams are very closely aligned, allowing for new initiatives to be created and released in a rapid environment. Senior management is highly accessible, transparent, and has a strong focus on where the company needs to be now and in the future. In short....now is the time at Work Market and there's only room to grow.
Cons
Offices are split between New York City and Huntington, which can offer advantages of different talent pools and perspectives, but does require some virtual work / commuting on occasional. Certainly not a deal breaker and not an issue once one gets into the flow. Extensive use of communication tools help mitigate many of the issues that could arise here.
