Pros
They have a pretty good software platform for finding assignments and getting work done and approved by the buyer then getting paid. If you get paid.
Cons
They protect buyers who don't pay their bills or don't keep to their agreements by siding with the buyers and refusing to mediate fairly in cases of disputes. Over the years, I have been a victim of this several times and in talking with other self-employed technicians there is broad agreement that since ADP bought Workmarket, ADP is always going to side with the buyers in order to protect their other revenue streams from these buyers.
