Other clinicians are very supportive. And work stays at work once you clock out.

Cons

For a company dedicated to “employee wellbeing”, it’s just all talk for its own staff. High turnovers every season. Due to its call centre environment, WPO rates unbelievably high in micromanagement. Very limited professional development. Counsellors who are supposed to be there for their clients are pressured to get it done and over with and quickly move on to the next call. Even our break times are limited. There’s no space to even breathe in the job. And it doesn’t help if you’ve got a Team Lead that is basically a robot who thinks like a text book. Support from the management? Zilch. They’re just so money-minded that they don’t even give a damn that their staff are drowning and burning out left, right and centre.
