Overall a great first job - Operations Specialist Worksmith Employee Review

Reasonable People and good working conditions.

Will have to ask for raises.

The atmosphere at this company was young and vibrant, I made friends their instantly, however, this is not unique to Austin due to the rapid growth of the city. Great location, the office was in the city centre, I'm not sure where it is now, but it was awesome for getting out into Austin after work.

No real direction, the company feels more like a passion project rather than something that will grow into a thriving unicorn business. I would advise against buying shares.
