-some really nice people, made great friends -campaigns have the chance to make a real difference -integrated teams mean you can easily grow your skill set
Cons
-terrible management at every level and no concern or action to improve conditions -pay is underwhelming, even for the NFP sector -innovation is thwarted by bureaucracy -not many people in the organisation really care about animals, those who are truly passionate don't stay long
