Pros

Enjoyed my time with the team. Very flexible and understanding.

Cons

Working with their ESL department only offers contracted work. Very few opportunities for a full role.

Pros

Good PTO and co-workers (Non management)

Cons

Very toxic Austin Branch Manager takes a Laisse-Faire approach due to lacking leadership and people-skills. Says he has an open door policy to hear concerns and then gaslights those who share concerns with retaliation for being honest and caring to see the work environment be detoxified. The Employment Program Supervisor in for the Austin is a micromanager on steroids requiring everything to meet her approval and knit picking everything said, written, submitted with multiple projects dues simultaneously with unrealistic deadlines not tolerating any mistakes causing extreme bottlenecks in the process. Furthermore, she works 100% remotely from Colorado Springs, Colorado although the office for the team she "supervises" is in Austin, Texas.
