      Pros

      The best in my career, becoming the top notch brand in Asia over time. Looking at salaries for WQ in Glassdoor might be misleading, they pay way higher than reported here lol. WQ revises their salaries every year for new recruits and pro-rated increment in given to current employees as well. You know why WQ has lesser vacancies now, people seldom leave

      Opportunity to work with extremely bright and driven colleagues. Strong emphasis on technology and data-driven decision-making. Competitive compensation packages and great office perks in the Austin tech hub.

      Cons

      The workload can be intense with high expectations for delivery. The proprietary nature of the work means using many in-house tools rather than industry-standard open source. Can feel siloed depending on which specific project or team you are assigned to.
