More about numbers than politics, making high level of fairness. Performance sensitive positions are constantly fired, but that is not uncommon in this business.
Cons
Relatively low compensation compared to similar places. Too frequent changes on company policies. Constant pressure. Minimal cooperation. Less learning opportunities (conference, etc).
