Friendly staff. Small, quiet environment. Free lunch on certain days. Very smart, reserved people. No office drama. Good location.
Cons
Horrible, Arrogant managers. They do not listen to employees. No clear way of addressing issues. Lays off people very rudely with no notice. Fear in work culture leads to little communication between teams. Very difficult to express new ideas. Legal process makes approval very tedious and time consuming.
