I worked at this company as a contractor. I was told that I would have a contract for 6 months and based on my performance I would be hired on. I tried my best at this position and quickly became one of the highest rated technicians for the company. When the 6 months came up I was waiting to obtain a job offer but it never came the company kept telling me to hold on and wait. Months passed and every time I would speak to my supervisor I was told to wait that there was other people ahead of me. Although I was out performing most of the technicians even the ones that have been there for years I eventually had enough of trying my best and waiting for a job offer that was probably never going to happen. They do not value hard work just how much time you spend doing the bare minimum.
