      Ample learning and growth opportunities As a technical leader, able to work and explore on variety of different systems and not just typical CRUD projects :) Able to share ideas and implement same Among very few organisations which actually work in GenAI Good work life balance Positive and healthy work culture Managers are easily approachable Best software services organisation

      Pros

      Indiviudal contributors are nice people on a global scale. Management does claim to care about their employees.

      Cons

      They are off-shoring the entire company, bit by bit. You can get hired, so long as you're based in India. And 9 out of 10 hires are male. They claim to talk about diversity and inclusion, but I'm not seeing it.
