Pros

1. As a woman employee, I highly appreciate the Hybrid work model, It gives me an opportunity to give my 100% to work and manage work life balance without being judged for gender. 2. Not only my immediate manager but my skip manager including the leadership are reachable. This might vary from teams to teams but in my team there is open-door culture. 3. Rewards and Recognitions are organized meticulously. 4. Health Insurance Policies, Maternity Policies are good and really works for employees. 5. Employee friendly work environment.

Cons

1. Salary hikes are modest. 2. Internal mobility is a constraint if you are tagged in a client project. 3. If you are on a bench or a client withdraws then job stability can be uncertain. 4. HR operations are a bit time consuming from hiring, referral to issue resolution.

Pros

Indiviudal contributors are nice people on a global scale. Management does claim to care about their employees.

Cons

They are off-shoring the entire company, bit by bit. You can get hired, so long as you're based in India. And 9 out of 10 hires are male. They claim to talk about diversity and inclusion, but I'm not seeing it.
