9yThank you for your feedback. YPO is a dynamic organization with over 24,000 global members. Having a formal way to recognize individual contributions is important. We do this thru our performance management process which includes capturing individual goals (which tie to team and corporate goals), gather key stakeholder feedback as well as document accomplishments and areas of development. Our team members shared the importance of receiving timely and on-going feedback from their managers in the annual engagement survey. Given the virtual work environment of over 70% of our team members, it is important we continue to have scheduled check points to ensure feedback is shared. Your feedback is welcomed on how we can continue to improve the process.
