      Pros

      International environment, great exposure to C-suite executives and opportunities to learn

      Cons

      inconsistent work culture across departments, terrible managerial practices, lots of gossip, and toxic behavioral traits that are expected and not addressed due to favoritism, and bias. Mentally taxing and zero work/life balance.

      Learning environment, opportunity to work on projects/work to build your skillset, part of CEO's learning journey.

      Cons

      Lots of backstabbing and egos amongst CEOs. ELT members in relationships with members and have the ability to manipulate outcomes that favor their preference.
