Pros
Interesting travel, hard working employees, many awesome members.
Cons
Great place to be a member. Terrible place to work. Three CEOs in three years. Board members VERY involved in every decision. Members take credit for anything good and blame employees if anything is not perfect. YPO is the poster child for board member "micro management" and board member "management by committee". Someone should write a case study on YPO to show how not to run a membership association.
