Being paid to do nothing

Cons

Management was awful with support, rude and disengaging. Never felt so alone in a job, poor training and being left with no guidance. It sounds like a great job on paper but be warned not all is what it seems.

Pros

-My team was phenomenal, and my managers did their best -WFH -Flexible scheduling (within reason) -Good benefits for what I needed

Cons

-Manglement: Higher ups that have never actually worked with the clients telling us how to do our jobs. When you have someone cussing at you because of something out of your control and you’re told “oh just try this!” it comes off very tone deaf -Team: while I had some amazing people I worked with, more often than not i was on my own. Not the end of the world, but frustrating -“Voluntary” mandatory overtime: They say it’s volunteer based, and then will push you to take OT instead of actually hiring more people
