A conservative chemical company that is almost entirely run by white conservative Scandinavians in their 50's voting for the conservative party.
Ironically the company spends a great deal of time on promoting its high values, efforts of inclusive culture, diversity and mental health focus. The truth is pretty much the opposite of all of these. This is a place with so much office politics it is quite challenging to stay motivated. Sharp elbows, backstabbing, prestige culture - all reinforced by a total lack of leadership at middle management level,
Constant re-organizations in the company make many feel uneasy. This company values long processes above anything else. Not actual results. Do not believe values such as "asking bold questions" or "working together with mutual respect". Nobody cares about these in the actual company.
