- Zero tolerance for mistakes; every error, regardless of how minor, is publicly called out and repeatedly revisited in 1-on-1 meetings. - As a member of the data team, you are treated as the weakest link in the chain, meaning you may be held responsible for mistakes made by others if you fail to identify them. - Work on the data team is highly repetitive, with limited opportunities for improvement initiatives; output is largely restricted to publishing 2–3 reports per week. - There is a significant amount of technical debt. Much of the codebase is messy, unclear, and overly complex, with good coding practices rarely prioritized, making reports difficult to maintain.
