When I shared with managers that I was working 100+ hour weeks and my mental health was suffering, a senior manager told me to work more if I wanted to keep my job. I quit and I'm now making more money working half the hours. Don't kill yourself for work - work somewhere else.
Also, check out how many 5-star reviews are written by employees with a tenure less than 1 year. That's because managers pressure you to write a 5-star review in your first month, when you're excited about the job. Very cultlike startup vibe. Don't fall for it.
EDIT: After I posted this review, Glassdoor took it down and Yipitdata contacted my directly to ask me to remove it. I won't do that and I stand by everything I wrote.
