      Good Work-Life balance with less work pressure, Enormous opportunity for career growth, Lot of opportunity to learn new skills and state of the art technology, Regular interaction with counterparts for project activities and technical discussions, Easily approachable Management for any queries, Good salary package above par with market standards, Free food and free transport is added bonus!

      Cons

      Some policies while onsite like submission of all bills for reimbursement is not practical. Core working hour from 10:30am to 4:30pm. No work from home policy !

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
