      Pros

      Flexible working hours. Can buy up to 5 additional days of vacation.

      Cons

      Bottom of the pay scale for Tier 1 suppliers. Lack of diversity in workforce. Many employees check boxes and not much else, so many times others have to pick up the slack to cover.

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
