      Pros

      Flexible schedule, some optional overtime but never over burdened.

      Cons

      Never seen or heard of an internal promotion. Many Lateral, and many getting titles without pay compensation. Also HR seems to be on Corporate side not employees.

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
