      Good salary, lots of money for tech, opportunities for research and conferences

      Management has no idea how to craft a program that actually works for the students they have. Constant job insecurity.

      Pros

      ZU is an exceptional institution of higher education. I’m proud to say that I have contributed to its reputation as one of the best universities in the Middle East by establishing new programs, hiring exceptional faculty and stuff, and terminating some bad apples who don’t belong there (or anywhere else, for that matter)
