Pros
The Lincolnshire office is awesome. The cafeteria has great food and there's a free gym. Good company benefits and a lot of PTO time. Very innovative products!
Cons
The leadership is horrible, making the culture and work environment horrible. Not a good place to start for an entry level employee, leadership doesn't invest time or money into developing their talent internally. If you are a millennial, don't join this company. It's way too old school and they don't understand the importance of attracting and retaining young talent.
