Loved working with the Zenbooth team. They're all incredibly kind, professional, and collaborative -- and making really wonderful products. I worked directly with the CEO Sam who is a wonderful, insightful and very open boss who allows for a lot of autonomy, fleibility and creativity. Lots of room to grow with the company.

Two huge things. 1.) Zenbooth cares about its employees and is actively and vocally looking for ways to make their employees love their jobs and keep and keep morale high during stressful deadlines. Whether its matching hoodies, company barbecues, or company-wide "town hall" meetings that give all employees open forum to bring suggestions or concerns to their colleagues, Zenbooth wants employees to know they care. 2.) Zenbooth understands the importance and impact of good, methodical design development. As the lead of the design department, it has always been made clear to me and my team that we have every resource at our disposal to work through extensive prototyping, research, and testing on our path to amazing products that reach customers around the world. Zenbooth's understanding the importance of the design process is helping propel our next wave of great products while making the design team's job easier and efforts more fruitful.

As we transition from start-up to a leader in the industry, we have grown extremely rapidly. At times, this results in sometimes very constrained deadlines, and long, sleepless nights. However, often when large or condensed deadline goals are hit, the company provides incentives accordingly.
