      It’s disheartening to hear that you did not enjoy any part of your time here at Zenbooth, but we greatly appreciate your perspective even though it reflects negatively upon us. Some of our manufacturing processes create wood and dust, but we have industry-leading dust control and ventilation to ensure easy breathing for all of our employees. Our production staff are paid above market wages and many have been promoted into other roles in the company. Our team’s well-being and happiness are our number one priority and although you may not agree, we thank you for your insight and we wish you well.

      Thank you for your feedback about Zenbooth from last year. We genuinely care about our employees so it is disheartening to hear that you did not enjoy your time with us. We are constantly improving the work space for our team because their happiness at Zenbooth is very important to us. We have also improved the state of our bathrooms. The team now has access to two additional bathrooms that are cleaned regularly. We understand deadlines may be stressful in any work environment so we empower our team members to set their own timelines for projects. Again, thank you for your feedback and we wish you the best!

      Zenbooth Genuinely Cares About Employees

      Pros

      Two huge things. 1.) Zenbooth cares about its employees and is actively and vocally looking for ways to make their employees love their jobs and keep and keep morale high during stressful deadlines. Whether its matching hoodies, company barbecues, or company-wide "town hall" meetings that give all employees open forum to bring suggestions or concerns to their colleagues, Zenbooth wants employees to know they care. 2.) Zenbooth understands the importance and impact of good, methodical design development. As the lead of the design department, it has always been made clear to me and my team that we have every resource at our disposal to work through extensive prototyping, research, and testing on our path to amazing products that reach customers around the world. Zenbooth's understanding the importance of the design process is helping propel our next wave of great products while making the design team's job easier and efforts more fruitful.

      Cons

      As we transition from start-up to a leader in the industry, we have grown extremely rapidly. At times, this results in sometimes very constrained deadlines, and long, sleepless nights. However, often when large or condensed deadline goals are hit, the company provides incentives accordingly.
