      Pros

      Bwsift has a very diverse company culture with a mix of people from all races, genders and age groups from leadership to employee. There are lots of growth opportunities for anyone.

      Cons

      Staff can be overwhelmed because they do not have effective practices in place to train and share information. Bswift is an IT company that takes "figure it out" too far.

      Pros

      Remote based company-no in office required

      Cons

      Culture has become worse during the past several months. Micro managing/widget counting. Outsourced tasks to India (which does not work US hours so there are delays with deliverables) - which sacrificed AMERICAN jobs.
