The company structure is very flat and transparent; we are a smaller sized office, but everyone works together on a daily basis. Many of our employees have to be creative and able to think on their feet to seamlessly work with each department. We consistently have interns, which add color to our diverse work community. This company is still young. offers less than competitive salaries because we are still in a stage of growth. The structure of the company is still vague, but we are working to improve this. Long work days: depending on a project, exempt employees are expected to work "overtime" to produce results.
