Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your feedback is important and we rely on hearing from our success consultants to ensure we’re doing a great job as a company. Work/life balance can be a challenge and it is ultimately up to our success consultants to decide how many office opportunities they take on, but we definitely want to make sure we're setting everyone up for success in the long run.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

You are essentially cheap labor for the office. Unfortunately, proven standard operating procedures are often cast aside in the name of keeping the client happy. The result is a heavier workload, the same deadlines, and no increase in pay. Commissions are typically split 50/50 between at least two people. More often than not, one person doesn't pull their weight, leaving the other to pick up the slack if they care about doing quality work. Vacation time is another challenge. Unless you're willing to pay someone to cover your responsibilities out of your own pocket—and hope they actually complete the required tasks—taking time off can become more stressful than it's worth.
