      None that I can think of

      No operations strategy, management ends up kowtowing to the client...ignores employees You can literally end up working all day Politics like anything, old account managers never let a new hires grow...people who joined long back and are here 10-11 year ( just because they don't have any relevant skill to get hired elsewhere), enjoy the perks Company is dependent on few large clients like dell.. every now and then the accounts keep getting closed..the new clients are acquired at reduced service fee. Don't see the company staying afloat in the near future. If you want to waste valuable years of your life, learn absolutely nothing, work throughout the day and even on weekends without any benefit what so ever..then this is the company for you

      There is a strong alignment among long-tenured team members, which helps drive consistency and execution; however, there is also an opportunity to further encourage and incorporate fresh perspectives from newer employees to enhance innovation.
